Director of College Access & Strategic Partnerships
Ann has committed her career to expanding educational opportunities for all youth and has worked in a variety of school and non-profit settings focused on educational equity. At Chicago Public Schools, she provided mental health services to students in Kindergarten through 8th grades and collaborated with colleagues to design and implement the school’s first PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) system. She oversaw educational programming at a Chilean non-profit focused on supporting children in foster care, and prior to First Graduate Ann worked at College Track where she supported academic and college access programming for high school students.
She joined the First Graduate team in 2011 and oversees middle school and high school programs and partnerships. During Ann’s tenure at First Graduate, she has had the privilege to see nearly 200 students successfully complete the college application and financial aid process and begin their college journeys.B.S.W., Bradley University
