Our 3rd Annual Deloitte Career Connections Just Launched!

Deloitte Career Connections is a year-long mentorship and leadership development opportunity for First Graduate® college students. Each student is paired with a Deloitte consultant for regular 1:1 mentoring sessions. Additionally, students attend career development workshops led by Deloitte mentors.

On October 17, we launched the 3rd year of this mentoring program. Mentors and mentees met each other for the first time and engaged in a goal setting activity. Mentees experienced a full case simulation that emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking while serving as an introduction to the mentorship team and Deloitte.
