Personal Statement Coaching with Lyft

This week First Graduate® was excited to partner with Lyft, a San Francisco-based rideshare company, for a volunteer event to help our middle school students prepare their high school applications and personal statements. Lyft volunteers worked one-on-one with students, giving them personal application advice. Students walked away from the event feeling more confident about the high school application process. 

A special thank you to Lyft who donated their office space for the event, provided dinner for the students, and had over 16 employees participate.

Born in Peru, Leandro moved to San Francisco as a child and attended Horace Mann Middle School and Lowell High School.
